公制精密軋制滾珠絲杠

公制軋制滾珠絲杠組件專為實(shí)現(xiàn)安靜平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行和高性能而設(shè)計。其滾珠絲杠采用Thomson的德國精密絲杠成型（PSF）技術(shù)制成，可同時實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度（±23μm/300mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）和軋制工藝的高效率。滾珠螺母則利用滾珠循環(huán)系統(tǒng)（共有三種）采用螺紋鋼制成，因此非常耐用，適用于高速、高負(fù)載和/或高溫應(yīng)用。滾珠螺母標(biāo)配異形刮刷器，可容納潤滑劑并有助于抵擋細(xì)小的污染物（灰塵、粉末等）。
